On Thursday, the House Oversight and Reform Committee released a 79-page report.

Snyder "permitted and engaged" in the team's longterm toxic workplace culture and obstructed the congressional probe, according to the report.

New York Democrat Rep. Carolyn Maloney said, "We saw efforts [to obstruct] that we have never seen before, at least I haven't." "The NFL knew and took no responsibility."

This report is politically driven, according to Jones. The Commanders organisation also called the report "one-sided."

According to ESPN, the statement read, "These Congressional investigators revealed, almost immediately, that they were not interested in the truth,

and were simply interested in seeking headlines by following one side of the story."

"Today's report is the anticipated end of that one-sided approach. There are no new surprises."
