Former Kentucky Guard Shaedon Sharpe Suffers Injury In Summer League

Shaedon Sharpe played the Summer League debut with the Portland Trail Blazers.

He was afflicted with an injury to his shoulder after only two minutes of activity.

Sharpe Sharpe, who was the number. 7 overall selection in the draft of this year,

failed to score on two field goals before scoring his very first NBA bucket.

Just a few minutes after Sharpe scored, cutting the deficit to just three points,

Yahoo Sports insider Chris Haynes later reported that Sharpe suffered a shoulder injury to his left shoulder.

It's not clear if Sharpe will play another game during Sharpe's absence in the Summer League.
